Start with what your customers already buy and the routine your new products could support. Share your store’s tone, visual references and audience with your Brand Manager. The goal is a coherent addition to your business, with a clear role for each product.
Explore available products and design around their existing packaging. Review the ingredients and intended use alongside the visual direction, so the collection makes sense beyond its first impression. You can refine the brand in conversation before moving to samples.
Prepare product descriptions, imagery and retail prices for the exact products you approve. Keep production costs separate from the prices your shoppers see. Consider shipping, fulfillment and payment costs when deciding how the collection fits your store.
Your existing store setup determines how products are listed and how orders are fulfilled. Creating a collection in CRE8OR does not by itself publish a Shopify listing or connect checkout. Review the connection and launch steps before announcing the collection.
Describe your audience and the collection you have in mind. Review the proposed products, ingredients, fragrance and visual direction with your Brand Manager. Save your brand to your account so you can return to it and continue refining the details.
When you are ready, review the sample kit and its exact contents before checkout. Use the physical samples to assess the proposed products and identify any adjustments before committing to production.
Production starts at 108 units per product, in increments of 12. Review the price for your selected configuration and quantity; a reference price is not a quote for a different formula or packaging. Shipping and storage arrangements are confirmed separately.
Your intended sales channel may need additional product information and approvals. Confirm those requirements and the delivery plan before announcing availability. If you need help with a requirement outside the catalog, contact CRE8OR to review it.
Once your samples are approved and production is booked, your products flow into the storefront you already run. Pick where you sell and we will tell you exactly how it connects.
We list as your supplier through Shopify Collective. Your CRE8OR products appear in your own catalog, orders route back to us, and we ship — with stock syncing as each batch lands.
Syncee carries our catalog to storefronts that are not on Shopify. We upload and update the products and you keep selling — we handle shipping and fulfillment.
Connect another platformTikTok lets an approved partner manage listings in your shop once you authorize it, so your CRE8OR collection can be pushed straight in. We are building that integration now.
Meta catalogs can be shared with a partner business, which lets us keep your CRE8OR products up to date inside your own Commerce Manager. We are building that flow now.
Each product carries its production lead time and shows as unavailable until the batch is ready, so you can list early and sell the moment it lands. Shopify Collective needs supplier and retailer in the same country and currency — we are set up in the United States. Amazon is not listed here on purpose: listings are matched to existing ASINs, so an Amazon seller creates the listing and we fulfill it — talk to us and we will walk you through it.
